This photo is from doing rack pulls. Rack pulls are awesome in strengthening your lower back, glutes, and forearms. If you don’t know what rack pulls are, it’s like a deadlift using the safety bars. Bring the barbell up and squeeze at the top, including that ass. Then do 4 sets 8 reps.

So heres the low down... My little challenge (well kind) that I set out for myself.
As some of you know I've been working away for the past 18mths In Sydney and It has definitely thrown out Its fair share of challenges.... Those being:
#1 Family time
#2 Me time
#3 healthy habits with shift work
Long story short @bec_jessop started a nutritional system a few mths back that legitimately changed her life, her outlook on things mentally (as being pretty much a full time single parent with me being away) and the physical changes We both seen In her were nothing short of amazing plus the added bonus of feeling more energized.
I had heard about the system years ago and owning a supp store myself was a bit skeptical on the whole thing to be quite honest as I seen It as a threat to my business... I'm not here to go on about our system, all I can say Is I've been In this Industry a long time and not 1 thing has made me feel or look like I do now.
I've dieted and been as lean as I am now, I was also depleted and couldnt maintain that look plus to be truthful I felt lethargic and fu%*ed to be quite honest.
The 1st mistake people make Is thinking this Is a diet, let me tell you It Is not!
It Is a lifestyle change, one that Bec n I have welcomed and we have NEVER felt better on all forefronts.
