Clad in microsuede with brushed brass accents, a trio of SENTINEL lamps explores luxurious materials in sculptural harmony. The glass globes are hand-blown in Brooklyn, the solid wood cones are turned in Ohio. Each lamp is then assembled and finished with affectionate attention to detail in our Long Island City shop. Available in 28”, 42”, and 60” with multiple microsuede, brass, and custom options. Link in bio. #artandguile 📷@timmy_ache
Sarah Leigh-Felti - Stand 73: “Exploiting the relationship between wool and light, I produce highly tactile, organically inspired, felted pieces. Through the design and production of shades, strung lights and oversized seedpods, I play with the unique properties of different wools, creating nuances of light and shade through layering, shaping, combining different fibres, or using Shibori techniques to produce deep textures. Each process results in a truly statement piece, where lighting becomes sculpture.” At #ctf19 in less than a month - be sure to check her work out it’s amazing! #landmarkartscentre#teddington#wool#felt#feltmaking#lights#sculpture#art#sculpturallighting
