#SustainabilityTuesday: In many cases, an entirely #paperless workplace just isn’t feasible. Try to buy recycled paper that requires fewer trees to be cut down, uses less harmful chemicals during production, and reduces the release of methane into the atmosphere. #GoodPlanetLabs

Five reasons why you fail at going digital 🚩
Many small companies, as well as larger enterprises, have realized through experience, that going digital is not exactly a golden pill for their success. However, digital transformations aren’t easy for any business – a digital transition changes the way your company operates internally, as well as with clients and other businesses. We’ve researched and found out the top five reasons why companies fail at going digital.
According to a Wipro Digital Study, 35% of respondents reported that the lack of consistency on digital transformation was a key obstacle to achieving their full digital transformation.
New McKinsey’s research shows that digital revenue growth is decreasing for the bottom three quartiles of companies, but at the same time it’s continuing to grow for those in the top quartile.
Resistance to change, fear, feeling overwhelmed, doubt – all these feelings are valid but utterly disastrous when it comes to steering your business through digital barriers.
You get the “why” but you can’t figure out the “what”, “when”, and “how”. You’ve already decided to go digital, but you’ve stalled out because you don’t know when and where to start transforming your business.
🔹Lack of Human Resources
Throwing tons of new responsibilities and roles at your existing staff isn’t a good idea. If you take this rout, your digital transformation ambitions are likely to fail.
When speaking about your first steps towards going digital, you can take advantage of plug-and-play digital document solutions like SignNow for electronic signatures or PDFfiller for your digital workflow. They are equipped with tools that are ready to work and integrate with your business right out-of-the-box.

Jangan hanya dijadikan jargon.

Paperless Process Improvement
Are we in the year 2019?
Yes, and there is a lot of Companies that aren't able to convert into a better working environment without the use and abuse of paper.
More people are using phones as tool's to help them go through the day, why aren't we able to switch?
How much is the cost reductions and process efficiency involved?
The first step to engaging more people in your event is to know who your audience is and to create a brand that talks to them. Having a logo and well-defined colors is the basics, but you can go further, set the persona of your attendee and your target audience. This will make it easier for you to produce content. 🙋🏻
You find this and other tips to increase your event attendees engagement at our blog post:

🌿📧📲 #paperless#indigital#transformacion360#rrhh

It is very important to know the opinion of your attendees to build the best experience they deserve and will remember forever. Thinking about that we developed a new blog post about feedback surveys and how to use this powerful tool to build better events.

As the US government continues to sit and federal agencies dive further into a stall, we feel vindicated more than ever on our vision that data is sacred. The shutdown has put our cultural heritage at risk by forcing the work on many archaeological sites to halt. Projects that may have had weeks of work remaining have had to wrap up in days, and those sites located on public land are left exposed without oversight. @societyforamericanarchaeology wrote "Archaeological sites damaged during the government shutdown cannot be restored, and artifacts lost or stolen will not be easily recovered." It may be unclear the value at stake, or it may be easy to think that the study of the past isn't anything more than a fun curiosity. @opbphoto / @pbs wrote that the data gleaned from historic sites will "enable archaeologists to study social processes that are important in today’s world, but that operate so slowly that they aren’t perceptible on time scales available in other social sciences. Why does migration occur? Why do migrant groups maintain their identities in some circumstances and adopt new ones in others? What factors have allowed some societies to persist over very long time periods?" Perhaps cliche, but true: when the records of the past are at risk so is our future. For Codifi, our work with archaeology firms means much more than just saving a chunk on project costs; we work together to preserve meaningful data for the benefit of all. One of our goals here on social media is to be a resource on that understanding. We know many of you following us already feel strongly about the field, and we hope that together we can get out the message. Thanks for being present!

It’s only mid January - but while many other business sectors are still in the preliminary stage of planning their year, the digital & tech sector is already done summing up the key trends which will predetermine the way we do business throughout 2019.
Surprisingly, for many in our office and despite all the tense competition on the market of e-signing, only one e-signature solution got into the Top 50 of the Fastest Growing Products of 2019 - SignNow.
Moreover, SignNow was also ranked #26 among the top 50 Best Products for Sales 2019, according to G2 Crowd.
Packing for uni has put a little bit of a plug in my productivity but it’s been funny to see how much useless junk I’ve decided to take with me to uni just so that my room looks cute 😂 📚
Ive been getting messages from some of you guys about premed applications so I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m always happy to answer any questions you have about applying to medical school (and once I get started, about university life too!) 📚
I have actually started to see the effects of active recall and space repetition! It’s so amazing how it works so quickly and I honestly wish I’d known about it during secondary school but I’m glad I know about it now! Would highly recommend Ali Abdaal’s video on effective revision techniques for anyone who’d like more info about it!
