1. Bangun pagi
Sudah menjadi kebiasaan kan? Nah, apa salahnya bangun pagi di waktu libur untuk menikmati matahari terbit sambil bikin kopi hangat dan menikmati suasana rumah, Tidur kelamaan juga bikin badan kita lemas. So, pick your day to wake up early in the weekend. .
2. Bikin sarapan sendiri
Ada baiknya mulai buka-buka resep praktis untuk bikin sarapan sendiri, seperti belajar bikin scrambled egg, mac & cheese, ataupun oatmean racikan sendiri dengan buah-buahan favorit. .
3. Kebersihan sebagian dari iman
Pastinya tempat tinggal yang sudah dicuekin seminggu karena kesibukan bekerja mulai menumpuk kotorannya. Tidak ada salahnya bersih-bersih kamar atau rumah dan menata ulang barang-barang supaya terlihat rapi dan lebih nyaman untuk kebaikan diri sendiri untuk seminggu kedepan. .
4. Nonton film
Untuk penyuka DVD ada tipsnya nih, bisa dibuat list dari teman-teman sekitar yang suka nonton (sesuai genre yang disukai) da mulai beli DVD secukupnya (sesuai list) dan ditonton pas weekend. .
5. Hangout dengan internet
Hal yang paling menyenangkan adalah adanya koneksi internet cable yang cukup baik. Sehingga membuat kita betah seharian berada didalam kamar browsing sana-sini dan melanjutkan ‘project-project’ pribadi yang terbengkalai. .
Menulis blog dan mencari inspirasi melalui browsing konten-konten ataupun mencopa game yang belum sempat dicoba adalah salah satu kegiatan terbaik di kala weekend. .
6. Jika harus keluar rumah
Duh, ngga betah banget nih pengen banget keluar rumah. Akan lebih banyak lagi kegiatan di luar rumah yang kalian bisa lakukan seperti ikut car free day, berkunjung kerumah teman, orang tua dan lainnya. .

Selama kita travelling semingguan kmarin, the first thing that I worried was of course her health. Mikirin gimana caranya alsha tetep fit dan enjoy selama liburan, juga kuat sm kondisi cuaca yg berubah2 lumayan ekstrim karena kita travelling dari daerah pantai ke gunung. Here are some tips from me :
Jadiii sebelum perjalanan, aku udh siapin bekel, obat2an dan perlengkapan perang buat maintain mood kalau2 Alsha cranky di jalan (bawa flash card dan download-in video2 edukasi youtube sebanyak2nya 😅)
Untuk bekel, aku siapin banyak alternatif snack yang dia suka kaya cereal puff, biskuit, dll (ini penting bgt krn lumayan bisa buying time kalo Alsha mulai capek atau bosen) terutama di pesawat (yakan kalo dia ngamuk2 minta turun, inun juga mau turun kemana cobak 🙄) . While, untuk makanan berat, aku biasanya prepare masak di rumah (tumis daging2an, edamame), jd sampe hotel tinggal aku panasin. Sayuran pun aku bawa seperlunya. Tinggal direbus jadi. Walaupun agak ribet sedikit, tp gapapalah, ikhtiar biar gizinya selalu tercukupi. Plusss aku masi bawa instant food, jd kalo lg ribet tinggal masukin lauknya ke dlm instant food. Alsha doyan nya sama yummy bites yg cheesy veg, tp entah kenapa kayanya anak nya udh bosen jd cm tahan beberapa hari pake itu. Malah akhirnya maunya sama makan2an hotel atau makanan merakyat kaya nasi goreng disuapinnn pake tangan wkwk. Hmmm kayanya kalo mama tawarin makan pake nasi bungkus kamu doyan deh nak 🤔🤔🤔.
Kalo buah aku juga prepare bawa pepaya yg kecil, krn ga gampang busuk dan gampang preparenya. Just in case belom sempet beli buah pas nyampe. Jd selama liburan pun Alhamdulillah alsha ga ada sembelit. Biasanya pepaya-nya aku udh potongin dan masukkin ke Oxo tots (food container bayi) sebelum jalan2 buat snacking before lunch atau snack sore.
Tak lupa ku bawa obat2an. Biasanya selalu sedia telon, kutus2 sm sebamed care cream di tas. Kalo obat, standar aja si kaya sanmol, termometer sama nose cleaner bayi in case dia pilek.
Gitu aja sih, jgn lupa doa + make sure your kid has enough sleep and enough food to minimize sudden crankyness 😁

Tips Mencari Tiket Pesawat untuk Liburan Murah..
1. Tentukan Tempat & Itinerary (biar gak over budget)
2. Cari tiket promo dari jauh hari, plus ambil cuti (kalo kerja)
3. Ceki ceki promo kartu kredit di Aplikasi (kalo punya) biasanya lumayan potongan nya
4. Bawalah perlengkapan seperlunya (kalo bagasi mahal)
5. Kalo terasa berat dan mahal, liburan lah dirumah dengan keluarga. Banyak cara untuk nikmatin hidup. Jangan kerjanya ngeluh melulu dan melakukan hal tidak berfaedah. Thanks.
Tip #3 to fight decision fatigue
My favourite tip of all!! I’m not the only gal out there who stares at her wardrobe which is bursting at the seems with clothes and screams “I have nothing to wear!!” in the morning or before an evening out.
I found I was starting my days in a grumpy, stressed and down mood caused by my indecisiveness over what to wear. So I begun creating seasonal outfit albums on my phone, with photos of every outfit I tried on and liked, to give myself clear multiple choice options.
This worked so well, I repeated the process when I packed for my holiday to South Africa. It was the best holiday I ever experienced (and not just because I got engaged) but also because every day I was full of energy and confidence because I hadn’t wasted mental energy deciding what to wear.
This photo is... real. Clothes and mess everywhere to keep it a fun and creative process. Every outfit, every accessory paired was photographed.

Who else dreads the last day of any holiday? Those feels that make you feel like it’s over before it even is.
Here’s a tip that works for us, put it to the test & let us know what ya think.
Tip: Try not to leave all the packing to the last minute, the last day doesn’t have to be all about packing up, check outs and airports make sure you add something fun into that last day something you haven’t done yet to keep your holiday memories alive & positive the whole way thru 🙂
We did the wheel of Brisbane at Southbank, which offered spectacular panoramic views of Brisbane 👍
This picture was our last morning before heading home from our recent big trip, We had a wonderful stay at @mercurebrisbane & continued to ensure our morning was full of happy fun &positive vibes despite it being fly in home day.
MY TOP TIP FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON 👊🏼 you know, the time between Christmas and New Years where you don’t know what day it is, you’ve eaten Christmas food 4 days in a row, you can’t remember the last time you worked out, and you’ve definitely had your fair share of wines 😑 haha
This time of year is wonderful and I really encourage you guys to make the most of the indulgence! For some of us, it is the only time of year you get to spend quality time with the important people in your life, all in one place! 🥰
Be kind to yourself, look after your body, mind, and eachother...and don’t worry, we will all get back into the workout wagon together!!
So what’s my tip?
Try to keep moving everyday, even if it is just a walk to get your morning coffee, an at home workout with the family, a bike ride, a short jog at the park, some bodyweight exercises in the living room, or getting the Uber to drop you off just before your house after a big night and walking the rest of the way 😜
Although it might be much less than your usual fitness routine, your body and mind will appreciate the kick of endorphins (and you will feel better!) PLUS it will be so much easier to get back into your full workout routine when you’re ‘back to reality’ 😝🙌🏼
PS. I have a special surprise for you guys in FEBRUARY that will definitely help you get back on track! I’ve given you a few weeks to get ready for it! 💪🏼😉 #holidaytips

Places to eat......
We stayed Bed and Breakfast so each evening we would eat out. Linked to our hotel was a sports bar called amigos which did nice reasonably priced food. There were lots of nice restaurants throughout The Gap but these are highly priced so we used the small local shack restaurants were there food were just as nice

Reasons to do some physical activities on holiday.
1. You have so much more time and it’s a great way to get the whole family involved.
2. You’ll obviously be eating a lot more delicious foods that might not agree with your waist line and this can help keep this under control and eliminate the guilt.
3. If you go away and totally stop your training routine plus add untracked foods the results can sometimes take months to undo making you feel like crap.
4. Who doesn’t want to look and feel great on holiday. 👙
5. I love meeting likeminded people from all over the world.

Yoga Prints 5 best tips to leave you stressed out and exhausted right before the holidays. Get inspired!
1.Get pregnant unexpectedly while already having a baby.
2. At around 7 months pregnant make sure you have a company, a house or an apartment that you have to move out of before your due date. But also make sure that you are not allowed to move or lift anything at all due to risk of early labor.
3. prioritize and engage in repeat arguments and bad communication.
4.Remember to scroll mindlessly and continuesly through social media every night for as long as possible right before bedtime.
5.Also, Google skin diseases rigth before bedtime.

Are you overwhelmed by the PRESSURE to be better with food today? To not restrict or binge and (on the flip side) to also enjoy with no guilt?
LET GO OF THE PRESSURE BABE, whatever happens is okay❤️
Do you think I had “perfect food freedom holidays” when I was recovering from orthorexia and binge eating? 🤔 HECK NO ✋🏼😅 I don’t care how many tips I saw on Instagram, sometimes it was just not enough.
Sometimes I binged. Sometimes I restricted. Sometimes I felt all the guilt after. But I had good moments mixed in with the struggle, and THAT is what I focused on 😌
Because ✨the more I practiced forgiving myself for learning the hard lessons during recovery✨ the more I found myself having less things to forgive myself for‼️
Practicing #foodfreedom is messy. There’s NO perfect path to stopping the restrict🔁binge cycle all at once. There’s no way to stop guilt from happening when all you’ve been feeling is guilt for months or even years 🤷♀️
SO, I want to offer you some very simple advice. When you need a way to take ACTION and not just “mentally prepare” yourself with positivity only to revert to restrictive/binge habits, DO THIS:
THANKSGIVING FOOD HACK‼️‼️‼️ 👉🏼 Make a plate during apps, dinner, and dessert for someone you love - then eat it yourself ❤️
And if you fall short somehow, forgive yourself. But push to make simple changes. PRACTICE making simple changes. That is the way to sustainable food freedom filled with progress and self empowerment 💪🏼😁
